Experience:
We have been tuning, restoring and moving Steinway and other makes of piano for over 25 years and offer a full range of piano services. Marcus Roberts has been concert tuning and voicing Steinway grand pianos since 1980. Clients include Alfred Brendel, Vladimir Aschkenazy, John Lill, Jamie Cullum and many others.
Our goal is always to restore all Steinway grand pianos to the highest possible standard both in terms of touch and tone nd visually. We regularly attend Steinway courses to keep us up to date with the latest technology.
French polishing:
All our polishing is done 100% by hand (unless a cheaper finish is requested). Polyester finishes can also be catered for. We take great care to match our clients requirements in terms of colour and finish, and invite them to our workshop to talk to our polisher.
